Jitterbug Activation Process:
- Place battery in Jitterbug phone
- Open the Jitterbug phone and press "ON/OFF" button to turn it on
- When "Call a Jitterbug expert to get started" appears on screen, press the "YES" button to connect to an Activation Expert who will:
- Set up a customer account
- Help you select a rate plan and any applications
- Answer any remaining questions
